About Brandin

Brandin Bowen is a shadow work coach who has 22 years experience as a massage and emotional release therapist. She has immersed herself in deep personal discovery and coaching since 2002, while lending her wisdom and guidance to many clients and “fellow travelers” along the way.  Her mission is to create a sacred space where women can lift each other up and forge connections that defy isolation and loneliness.

Brandin’s authenticity shines through her work with deep conviction, unwavering passion, and a quiet (yet bold) spirit. Learning to embrace her unapologetic self and honor her true essence, Brandin understands the challenges of self-acceptance in the face of societal expectations.

In her upcoming retreat, “Dancing Shadows,” Brandin invites participants to dance with their vulnerabilities, shed the weight of their traumas and come back into wholeness with their true, most alive self. Through daily explorations of self, accented with movement and music, she will guide participants to embrace their shadows with grace and compassion, illuminating the path to a brighter and more self expressed future.

Brandin’s Shadow work women’s group was a very strong and loving experience, I feel like we have all bonded in different ways, and finding a group of strong women who might understand your story without judgment is very special. Brandin is a warm person with the ability to push you a lil bit further in each session. I would highly recommend it.

quote

Brandin creates a safe and supportive container by which women can share their vulnerability. The value of coming together with others who are intentional in their personal healing journeys is immeasurable. I felt connected to other beautiful, strong and courageous women in a deeper way than I have in almost any social or even therapeutic setting. I am so grateful to Brandin for recognizing the need for women to connect and support each other at the deepest level and creating the space for this connection to occur. Forever grateful to Brandin for her contributions in helping to heal the wounded parts many of us share.

Healing in the presence of others is profound. Witnessing others heal in your presence even moreso. Cultivating space for authentic and safe vulnerability is so rare to find, but yields immeasurable returns. Whether you are simply curious about shadow work or already steeped in it, this group has a place for any woman wanting to explore this work in a safe and supportive environment. Highly recommend!
